While our name may be Vida, in the kitchen we prefer another "V" word – variety. Scan our menu and you'll see favorites such as tacos, burritos and enchiladas with innovative concepts and creative pairing. These exciting ideas are sire to stimulate anyone's pallet.
Vida dishes are created using the Slow Food method, which strives to preserve regional cuisine and promotes farming of plants, seeds and livestock indigenous to the local ecosystem. We use produce grown on farms in the Carolinas and meats raised locally as well.
